Due to the tremendous volume of phone calls we receive, the fastest way
of reaching us is via email. Though we receive hundreds of emails every
day, the benefit of a small to mid size company like ours, is that we
treat each customer's request as if it were the only one we

Volume Discounts, Wholesale
Inquiries & Drop Ship Program
We can offer special pricing for volume purchases and special drop
ship rates for resellers. Both types of customers are welcome! We
also offer an affiliate program.
Order Status
Typical shipping is 5-8 days from receipt of order, though we
continually strive to get orders out sooner. Business is booming and on
occasion we get backlogged and orders make take as long as 10-12 days.
We work around the clock to get orders out as fast as possible. If you
must know where in the process an order is, please send us your name and
order # and we will give you an update. Please allow extra time for
international orders, personalized or custom items.
RUSH Orders
If you have an event, please let us know so together we can determine
the best option to ensure timely delivery to meet your date. Often we
can 2 day "RED" the order to you at a nominal fee. Want to guarantee
delivery when it less than 7 days before the event? Select express
shipping. Those orders get the assigned highest priority and given
immediate attention.
Problem with Your Order
We constantly work hard to make sure mistakes don't happen though
occasionally we make an error. Please let us know and we will always do
our best to make it right.
Product Questions
We now offer 2,300 items. We do our best to get the information you need
and will contact the supplier when necessary. Please be as detailed as
possible when writing so we can get you the answer you need as quickly
as possible.
Comments, concerns
and suggestions
Go ahead. We can take it. But we do try to live by the golden rule. We
will do cartwheels for you to make things right if there is the
slightest error or you are unhappy for any reason. We do ask that you
keep in mind that there is a live person on the other end of the
computer who's truly to do everything possible to exceed your
expectations.
